PAYMENT METHODS

We currently offer the following payment methods:

ONLINE CARD PAYMENT

You can pay online using your personal card under full security conditions. Accepted cards are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code) logos.

No additional transaction fee is charged.

To ensure transaction security, Expoanunturi.ro uses the Netopia platform.

To complete the transaction correctly, you must provide your card number (all digits from the four groups on the front of the card, without spaces), the expiration date, and the last three digits on the back of the card printed on the signature strip (depending on the card, these may be missing).

Regardless of the currency in your account, transactions are processed in RON (lei), at your bank’s exchange rate.

Card data is processed exclusively through the Netopia platform. Expoanunturi.ro does not request or store any card details.

On your bank statement, the transaction will appear under the name “Expoanunturi”.

If you wish to cancel a transaction, please contact us immediately by phone or email.

The transaction will be canceled within a maximum of 24 business hours if the order you placed has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible (you must first return the order, and then we will refund your money—see the Exchanges & Returns section). After a card transaction is canceled, the issuing bank will release the blocked amount in your account within 1–30 days, depending on its policy.


DELIVERY POLICY

Customers receive booking confirmation by email within a maximum of 3 hours after payment is completed.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments for services provided are made via a Netopia payment link through the Oblio invoicing program. Once confirmed, they can no longer be canceled and the collected amounts are non-refundable. The penalty is 100%, according to the law.


RETURN POLICY

The services offered by Expoanunturi.ro do not allow cancellations.
